Customer Solutions Director/Senior Director
Location: Basel, Switzerland


To strengthen our existing Sales/Customer Solutions team in Basel we are currently looking for an enthusiastic Customer Solutions Director / Senior Director (f/m/d).

Your Role

The Customer Solutions Director will be instrumental in driving gross new business with Clinerion's data & technology. The focus is to secure and retain business through professional, consultative, proactive sales activities directed at decision makers and decision influencers at existing and new customers. The Customer Solutions Director will research and identify target markets, build relationships, perform in-depth presentations and strategic analysis, and execute implemented plans, establishing and managing an effective business development program to maximize organizational growth.
 

Your Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and leverage potential new business opportunities within specified customer account(s).
  • Analyze potential opportunities and develop sales plans for each target account. Ensure appropriate strategy/solution is proposed to customer. Monitor actions and results against plans.
  • Adapt successful strategies and tactics to meet market demands and financial targets.
  • Maintain high visibility within customer organizations. Monitor customer satisfaction by communicating regularly with customer.
  • Plan and coordinate all customer sales activities.
  • Record all customer sales related activities in CRM system.
  • Prepare sales activity report for sales management as required.
  • Develop strategies and enhance relationships with key decision makers within life sciences companies with respect to Real-World Evidence, clinical trial protocol design, site selection and patient recruitment for the clinical trial process.
  • Stay up-to-date on customer needs and the competitive landscape, act as the voice of the customer feeding product management suggestions and ideas for future road map capabilities.
  • Learn and use marketing material to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Communicate and collaborate with line manager on specified quarterly goals and achievements.

Full Stack Developer (Senior) (2 positions)
Location: Istanbul, Turkey


To strengthen our existing development team in our office in Istanbul, we are currently looking for 2 passionate and enthusiastic Full Stack Developers with a focus on frontend, an eye for design and usability, and the ability to take on the occasional backend development tasks.
 

Your Role

As a member of the Clinerion development team, you will build responsive web applications using the Google Web Toolkit (GWT) framework and the Dart framework (Angular based). Maintenance of existing code and fulfilling requests for incremental enhancements are part of this role.

The ideal candidate will be someone with a deep understanding in web application development best practices, as well as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

You will work in a collaborative team environment that encourages performing at your best and challenges you to create modern, interactive and responsive user interfaces.  You will work closely with analysts, developers, test team and technical lead to design and develop robust and scalable software.
 

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and develop responsive web pages with state-of-the-art technologies using the Google Web Toolkit (GWT) framework and the Dart framework (Angular based).
  • Implementation of business logic and persistence layer, Integration of 3rd party applications if necessary
  • Maintenance of existing code and fulfilling requests for incremental enhancements.

Site & Patient Networks Manager
Location: Istanbul, Turkey


To strengthen our existing Site & Patient Networks team in Istanbul, Turkey, we are currently looking for a passionate Site & Patient Networks Manager.
 

Your Role

The Site & Patient Network Manager will be instrumental in driving the continued roll-out of Clinerion's technology to hospitals worldwide, with the particular responsibility of driving the engagement with hospitals and building the Clinerion Research Network. The primary objective of this role would be to identify possible partner hospitals, drive the engagement with these Sites and also coordinate the deployment of the solution with the Sites.
 

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive engagements with hospitals in the market
  • Development and communication of value messages and value proposition to hospitals and stakeholders within the hospital
  • Identification of sources of value for the different hospitals and the different stakeholders within a hospital
  • Engage in the recruitment of centres (initially, identification of pilot centres and subsequently sites where the system can be deployed)
  • Engage with a wide range of potential users (nurses, PIs, technicians, etc.) at sites to assist the technical team in system implementation.
  • Internal coordination of contracting with the different sites
  • Full customer management of hospital:
    • Hospital identification
    • Hospital engagement
    • Tracking of engagement
    • Understanding of hospital clinical needs
    • Continuous communication with hospital
  • Creatively execute data partner acquisition activities for assigned accounts to meet business objectives.
  • Prospecting for new data partners including in-person, email, and phone ‘cold’ outreach.
  • Develop strategies and enhance relationships with key decision makers within healthcare provider organizations and data partners with respect to clinical trial protocol design and feasibility and patient recruitment for the clinical trial process.
  • Ensure effective and timely follow-up on all data partnering calls.
  • Record all data partnering activities: forecast, pipeline and prospect contacts, using CRM system.
  • Stay up to date on data partner needs and the competitive landscape, act as the voice of the healthcare provider, feeding product management suggestions and ideas for future road map capabilities.
  • Learn and use marketing material to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Communicate and collaborate with line manager on specified quarterly goals and achievements.
