Natural Language Processing Engineer (Mid-Level) (f/m/x)
Location: Basel, Switzerland


You will support the development of a machine learning platform for the Patient Network Explorer, with a specific focus on natural language understanding, which allows our pharma clients and hospitals the implementation of NLP solutions. You leverage your deep understanding of machine learning frameworks and models to build new solutions, using structured and unstructured patient data. You will work on exciting projects in direct collaboration with our partner hospitals, to extract information from unstructured patient data.

You will work in a collaborative team environment that encourages performing at your best and challenges you to engineer elegant solutions for complex business problems. You will work closely with analysts, developers, testers and the technical lead to design and develop robust and scalable software.

Human Resources Manager (f/m/x) – temporary for 1 year
Location: Basel, Switzerland


In this role you will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes and will make sure to maintain a pleasant work environment. You will be the Business Partner for management and employees in all HR related topics.

  • Supporting HR processes along the employee life cycle from recruitment to exit.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and in close collaboration with Citeline.

Site Network Development Manager France (f/m/x)

This role as Site Network Development Manager France will establish relationships with hospitals and build Clinerion’s presence in France. You will learn and utilize our clinical trial analytics solution and set up partnerships with hospitals to deploy the solution. You will have the autonomy to build and own relationships at numerous levels at hospitals, including with clinicians, physician-researchers, executives (CIOs, CMOs, CROs), IT, and analytics stakeholders. Site Network Engagement Manager (f/m/x)
Location: Istanbul, Türkiye


You will focus on the development of current & new relationships, mainly within the existing Clinerion hospital network, but also with hospitals that Clinerion and Citeline are interested to work with. You will liaise with the hospitals on potential clinical research projects that we are interested to deploy in our selected hospitals. In this role, a key task will be to strengthen the relationships with ethics committees, clinical research teams, and legal and operational teams, to speed up processes and ensure delivery.

To ensure the successful use of Clinerion solutions within our existing network of hospitals you will also promote and demonstrate the capabilities of Clinerion solutions in clinical research and analytics.

Being responsible for clinical success, you will bring in cross-functional support to the current workflow as required for greater efficiencies, project execution and future operational growth. You will have expertise at determining the optimal site profile for a clinical trial or project execution as defined by the protocol and other study-specific requirements.

Backend Developer for Processing Medical Terminologies (Senior/Mid-Level) (f/m/x)
Location: Istanbul, Turkey


As a member of the Clinerion development team, you will design and code new software components. Maintenance of existing code and fulfilling requests for incremental enhancements are part of this role. The ideal candidate will be someone with a deep understanding in Java development and in implementing solutions for semantic search engines. The main focus in this role is the maintenance and extension of a core component for managing medical terminologies, based on the ontology management service (OMS), as well as generated statistics on using the terminologies for processing electronical health records in hospital environments.
