As part of the employment process, Clinerion will collect personal information of job applicants from their curriculum vitae (CV), for example name, postal address, e-mail address, Skype name, phone number, birth date, etc., for the purpose of evaluating the applicant’s suitability to work for Clinerion.

Application documents will be stored on internal data drives.

Applicants may request the deletion of these files at any point during and after the application process, with the understanding that this deletion removes them from an ongoing application process. 

Full Stack Developer (Senior) (2 positions)
Location: Istanbul, Turkey


To strengthen our existing development team in our office in Istanbul, we are currently looking for 2 passionate and enthusiastic Full Stack Developers with a focus on frontend, an eye for design and usability, and the ability to take on the occasional backend development tasks.
 

Your Role

As a member of the Clinerion development team, you will build responsive web applications using the Google Web Toolkit (GWT) framework and the Dart framework (Angular based). Maintenance of existing code and fulfilling requests for incremental enhancements are part of this role.

The ideal candidate will be someone with a deep understanding in web application development best practices, as well as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

You will work in a collaborative team environment that encourages performing at your best and challenges you to create modern, interactive and responsive user interfaces.  You will work closely with analysts, developers, test team and technical lead to design and develop robust and scalable software.
 

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and develop responsive web pages with state-of-the-art technologies using the Google Web Toolkit (GWT) framework and the Dart framework (Angular based).
  • Implementation of business logic and persistence layer, Integration of 3rd party applications if necessary
  • Maintenance of existing code and fulfilling requests for incremental enhancements.
  • Functional unit-testing, documentation and bug-fixing.

Site & Patient Networks Manager
Location: Istanbul, Turkey


To strengthen our existing Site & Patient Networks team in Istanbul, Turkey, we are currently looking for a passionate Site & Patient Networks Manager.
 

Your Role

The Site & Patient Network Manager will be instrumental in driving the continued roll-out of Clinerion's technology to hospitals worldwide, with the particular responsibility of driving the engagement with hospitals and building the Clinerion Research Network. The primary objective of this role would be to identify possible partner hospitals, drive the engagement with these Sites and also coordinate the deployment of the solution with the Sites.
 

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive engagements with hospitals in the market
  • Development and communication of value messages and value proposition to hospitals and stakeholders within the hospital
  • Identification of sources of value for the different hospitals and the different stakeholders within a hospital
  • Engage in the recruitment of centres (initially, identification of pilot centres and subsequently sites where the system can be deployed)
  • Engage with a wide range of potential users (nurses, PIs, technicians, etc.) at sites to assist the technical team in system implementation.
  • Internal coordination of contracting with the different sites
  • Full customer management of hospital:
    • Hospital identification
    • Hospital engagement
    • Tracking of engagement
    • Understanding of hospital clinical needs
    • Continuous communication with hospital
  • Creatively execute data partner acquisition activities for assigned accounts to meet business objectives.
  • Prospecting for new data partners including in-person, email, and phone ‘cold’ outreach.
  • Develop strategies and enhance relationships with key decision makers within healthcare provider organizations and data partners with respect to clinical trial protocol design and feasibility and patient recruitment for the clinical trial process.
  • Ensure effective and timely follow-up on all data partnering calls.
  • Record all data partnering activities: forecast, pipeline and prospect contacts, using CRM system.
  • Stay up to date on data partner needs and the competitive landscape, act as the voice of the healthcare provider, feeding product management suggestions and ideas for future road map capabilities.
  • Learn and use marketing material to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Communicate and collaborate with line manager on specified quarterly goals and achievements.

Research Engagement Specialist
Location: Istanbul, Turkey


To strengthen our team in Istanbul, Turkey, we are currently looking for a passionate Clinical Research Specialist.
 

Your Role

The Research Engagement Specialist will be supporting the Site & Patient Networks team as well as supporting the Customer Solutions team in Istanbul, Turkey, and Basel, Switzerland; in driving and delivering new business.
 

Your Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Clients
    • Overseeing customer service operations
    • Dealing with customers directly, being their first point of contact
    • Helping clients to implement their services
    • Planning projects more effectively
    • Setting up training sessions with key stake holders to identify issues and ways to improve
       
  • Manage Projects
    • Focusing on better and more efficient execution of tasks and projects
    • Leading on many different projects to ensure that projects meet the initial brief from the client
    • Conducting meetings with employees and clients to find solutions to problems and strengthen partnerships
       
  • Identify Upselling Opportunities
    • Identifying new concepts for products
    • Finding ways to upsell or cross-sell to increase revenue and build brand awareness
    • Recommending new systems and procedures to amplify productivity, including organizational changes to make these processes more efficient
       
  • Prepare Reports on Project Performance
    • Tracking the progress of each project
    • Working to manage the resources and timescale for each one, including the teams working on them
    • Preparing reports on these projects to identify achievements and goals met as well as to highlight any areas for improvement going forward.
    • Conducting performance reviews and carry out resource management duties.

Professional Services & Support Engineer
Location: Istanbul, Turkey


To strengthen our existing IT Support Teams in Switzerland and Turkey, we are currently looking for a passionate Professional Services & Support Engineer.
 

Your Role

This position is an exciting opportunity to make an impact on medical innovation and patient care. The position will be key to the continued roll-out of Clinerion`s PNEx to hospitals worldwide.

The main role in this position is to support the technical team on site during the implementation phase of a project and to work closely with clients through the project's lifecycle.
 

Your Responsibilities

  • Installation / configuration of hardware, network, software, storage and backup in a distributed environment.
  • Testing of installed products.
  • Ensuring continued end-to-end functionality of the installed software.
  • Monitoring and supporting of key system elements, security, logs, backups.
  • Implementing automated scripts for installation, monitoring and maintenance.
  • Creating and maintaining clients related product documentation (installation, configuration, validation).
  • Coordinating technical tasks with clients.
  • Testing, scheduling and execution of software updates on site.
  • Coordinating with Clinerion`s Quality Management.
